Overweight bags will not be emptied.

  • Weeds
  • Leaves and small branches/prunings (no more than 5cm in diameter)

We can not collect soil or rubble.

  • You will be allocated a collection day and your bag will be emptied on that day each week, your bag must be at the kerbside by 6.30am on your day of collection.  Please follow the normal domestic waste calendar for days affected by Bank Holidays.  The service runs throughout the year (except for the Christmas period) so it can be used in winter too.

Christmas Trees

Did You Know?Christmas tree

Over six million trees were bought in the UK last Christmas. Most of these trees were thrown away, creating over 9,000 tonnes of additional rubbish. That is almost five times the weight of the London Eye!

The collected trees are composted or treated along with other green waste to produce an environmentally friendly range from PRO GROW which includes lawn conditioner, pine bark, woodchip mulch and peat free soil conditioner.

To find out more about items from this range, including free delivery, please visit the Pro Grow website
