Non-Collected Bins
If you have placed your bin out for collection
by 06:30am on your collection day and it has not been emptied,
please wait until 12pm before reporting it to our
Customer Service Centre:

Once reported, and providing there is no
reason for the bin not being emptied, we will aim to come back and
empty the bin on the next working day.
If you have found an information hanger on
your bin, please follow the instructions printed.
