Missed bins
If you have placed your bin out for collection from 06:30 on the
correct collection day and it has not been emptied, please
report it to our Support Services team by:
Once reported, and providing there is no reason for the bin
not being emptied, we will aim to empty the bin on the next working
day.
If you have found a hanger on your bin, please follow the
instructions printed.
