Assisted bin collection
We offer an assisted bin collection service to elderly or
disabled residents who are unable to place their bins at the
kerbside for collection. For further information or to register for
the assisted collection, please contact our Support Services team
by:
Assisted collection stickers will be placed on each bin and
our crew will collect the bin from where it
is usually stored. The bin will be returned to the same
location once emptied.
*This service is not available if there are able
bodied residents living at the same address.
*This service is also available to properties on sack
collection.
