Food Premises Registration

Any food business that trades within the Borough must be registered.  There is no charge, but a form must be completed. 

You can either:-

• Contact us and we will send you a hard copy to complete and post back. 
• Download a copy,  complete it and post it to us.  

Selected parts of the information you provide will appear on a public register.
