Pictures from 2012 Dog Fun Day Available Here

Saturday 14th September 2013
Please Note Change of Venue to The Parkland
(the old Golf Course) behind Fleming Park Leisure Centre's main
football pitches.
We have changed the venue because we
have been asked by The Kennel Club to hold one of the
national heats of SCRUFFTS at the event. (Access to the new
venue will be from the car park at the Civic Offices in
Leigh Road, Eastleigh)
PLEASE NOTE - SCRUFFTS is a
competition for non-pedigree dogs.
This is a great coup for Eastleigh
Borough Council. Rosettes will be awarded by SCRUFFTS to
the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
winners of each SCRUFFTS class and the
winners of each category will be invited to a semi-final at
Discover Dogs which is organised by The Kennel Club.
Each class winner from Discover Dogs is then invited to the
Grand Final at CRUFTS itself. It is a fantastic
opportunity for dog owners.
Eastleigh Borough Council will be
holding its own fun classes as usual, in the morning on the
day of the event. The Kennel Club SCRUFFTS classes will be held
from 1.00pm onwards. A full itinerary for the day will be
published nearer the time of the event and there will be the
opportunity to register beforehand for the SCRUFFTS heats.
