Commercial Waste & Recycling

The Council operates a trade waste collection service for business premises within the borough on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We can offer two sizes of container depending on your requirements.

240 litre - £7.75 + VAT per empty (prices effective from 1st April 2011).

1100 litre - £12.20 + VAT per empty  (prices effective from 1st April 2011).

* additional sacks can be collected at £0.95 each (prices effective from 1st April 2011).

Customers are invoiced on a quarterly basis in arrears. There are no administration set-up costs or bin rental charges.

If you are interested in this service we will need the following information

• Business name and address
• Contact name and telephone number
• Bin location - due to health and safety regulations, the bin needs to be no more than 10 metres from where the vehicle can safely stop
• Type of waste - no hazardous waste can be accepted

Once we have received this information we will send out a contract which must be signed and returned before we can arrange delivery of your bins.
