Equalities Monitoring

All applicants are requested to provide equalities information which is used for monitoring purposes only. All information given will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed to the interview panel.

People with Disabilities

Any disabled applicant who meets the essential criteria will be shortlisted for interview. Reasonable adjustments will be made at interview and in the workplace where helpful. 

Investors in People (IiP)

We support the values and approach contained within the national Investors in People standard; much of our support and development for staff reflects this.

Data Protection Statement

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 we only collect, process and use data in compliance with legislation and business need.
