Hedge End, West End & Botley Local Area Committee last night resolved to grant outline planning permission for the Boorley Green planning application. The application is for 1400 homes together with educational, community, employment, recreational and retail facilities.

The Local Area Committee also resolved to grant full planning permission for land at Wildern Mill and Hedge End Retail Park. The planning application includes the development of a Next Home and Garden Retail Store together with 41 new homes.
