County Council Elections
Every four years there is a county-wide election in which all 75
electoral divisions choose their representatives. Three divisions
elect two councillors so Hampshire County Council has 78
Councillors.
Your County Councillors use local knowledge to help the Council
make decisions on the essential services provided, including
education, roads, social care, libraries and access to the
countryside.
They are a focus for residents who have concerns or want things
done.
