2008 Local Election Results
Elections took place in 15 wards of the Borough. The Liberal
Democrats were defending 12 seats and the Conservatives were
defending 3.
The conservatives successfully defended two seats (Hiltingbury
East and Hitlingbury West) but lost Hamble-Le-Rice and Butlocks
Heath to the Liberal Democrats. The Liberal Democrats were
successful in defending all 12 of their seats.
