Get Active in Eastleigh

Eastleigh's Sport and Active Lifestyles Team are committed to helping local people work towards a healthy lifestyle. It is important to try to work towards being physically active for at least 30 minutes a day x 5 times a week. This doesn't have to be 'sport' but can include active lifestyle changes for example; walking the dog, gardening or using the gym.

It is important that residents within the Eastleigh Borough develop positive attitudes and the skills needed to enjoy life-long participation in sport early in life.  Inactive children are more likely to remain inactive in their adult years.
