Play and
Youth Areas
Play areas provide a range of challenging experiences for
children in a relatively safe environment where they can develop
skills such as creativity, meet other children and become more
independent and aware of their own abilities.
The Councils Play areas are inspected and maintained by
Direct Services
Streetscene team with inspections being carried out a minimum
of five times a week. To report any damage to equipment, litter,
