Conference Facilities at Itchen Valley Country Park

If you are looking for a conference venue with a difference, then our facilities at Itchen Valley Country Park could be just the thing!

The Country Park is 440 acres in size and makes a peaceful and beautiful setting in which to get away from the office. It has convenient motorway access and plenty of parking to make the event more relaxed.

Our newly-built Kingfisher Room is situated just behind the Park's visitor centre and looks out onto the woodland and grassland surrounding it. Built to be environmentally-friendly, it is warmed by a series of underground coils making the most of the Earth's natural heat. 

Being at ground-floor level, the room is fully wheelchair-accessible with plenty of natural daylight. Toilet facilities are in the same building with a separate disabled one if needed.

Staff are always on hand should any problems arise.

The room is 5m x 7m and can accommodate:

17 delegates in a horse-shoe arrangement

20 delegates in a boardroom arrangement

40 delegates in a theatre arrangement
