Once the Lottery Funding finishes we will be opening up sessions for people to bring their son or daughter age 3 or 4 years along.

The first block of 6 sessions will be:

Wednesday Mornings 9.30am to 11.30am
18th, 25th April, 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd May

Cost £30.00 per child for all 6 sessions (must be accompanied by an adult)

The idea behind Forest School is for children to improve their confidence, language, social skills and self-esteem through regular, fun activities in the outdoor environment.

There will be games, stories, activities and much more all taking place outdoors in all weathers.

The area where the activities take place is safe and secure apart from the tree roots, dips and branches found in normal woodland. There is a fence all round to keep out dogs and keep children in so they can run around and build up confidence without the adults worrying.

All staff and volunteers are CRB checked and leaders are First Aid trained.

Please ensure you and your child are dressed appropriately for the weather and terrain. The children run around and keep warm but the adults may feel the cold sitting and watching!
