Racial Equality Strategy 2008-2011
The Racial Equality Strategy outlines how the council will
respond to the needs of the Ethnic Minority Community over the next
three years in order:-
- To ensure that the Council fully identifies and considers the
needs of the Ethnic Minority Community when planning and delivering
services.
- To ensure that the Ethnic Minority Community has full access to
all the Council's services and monitors the use of those
services.
- To inform all employees and customers of the council's policies
as regards race equality.
