F/10/67085 - First floor rear extension, insertion of window to south side elevation and addition of pitched roof to existing flat roof at rear.

F/10/67233 - Change of use from Car sales (sui generis) to food retail (A1), including revised door, window and car parking arrangements.

T/10/67272 Coppicing and conservation work to various trees.

F/10/67379 - Retrospective: erection of boundary fence.

The Head of Legal and Democratic Services to report:-

(a)               that the following appeal has been lodged:-

34 Chalvington Road, Chandler's Ford – Appeal against refusal to Crown reduce by 20% and reduction of 1No. Overhanging limb to 1No. Oak tree (T/10/6723434 delegated decision)

(b)               that the following appeals have been dismissed:-

17 Grosvenor Road, Chandlers Ford – Appeal against refusal to grant permission for the development proposed which was described as a “two storey extension and rebuilt garage”. (F/10/66669 delegated decision)

146 Kingsway, Chandler’s Ford – Appeal against refusal to grant consent to works on a silver birch tree protected by a Tree Preservation Order.  (TPO252 delegated decision). 

“This Committee requests that a report be prepared by the appropriate officers of the Borough Council relating to the conversion of the first floor of the Pavilion at Hiltingbury Recreation Ground to a flat for the purpose of housing a groundsperson dedicated to the care of the recreation grounds in the Chandler’s Ford and Hiltingbury Local Area Committee area.”
