Planning Application - 6 Rogers Close, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh Raising of roof to form first floor accommodation
with front roof lights and rear dormer and single storey rear & side
extension (amended design) – Ref F/11/68547. Minutes: The
Committee considered the report of the Head of Development Control (Agenda item
4) concerning an application for the raising of roof to form
first floor accommodation with front roof lights and rear dormer and single
storey rear and side extension (amended design) (Ref: F/11/68547). The Committee
was reminded that the previous application (Ref: F/10/67895) was refused
planning permission on 17 November 2010. The Committee was advised that comments had been received from Bishopstoke
Parish Council who objected to the application on the grounds of size being
detrimental to the local area. The Committee noted that paragraph 27 of the report should be
amended to read: “It is considered that there are no material considerations to
warrant a decision…..” RESOLVED - That permission be GRANTED subject to the recommended conditions and reasons. (NOTE: One member of
the public spoke in objection to the application and the applicant spoke in
support of the application.) |
