Recently Completed Developments

Completed developments within the Eastleigh borough will include a variety of different types of housing, which may include social rented, low cost home ownership, intermediate rented and older persons. Some of these homes will be wheelchair accessible.

Construction on the developments below has finished and the properties will have already been advertised. Enquiries regarding whether there are any properties still to rent or sell on these developments, should be made directly to the appropriate Housing Association.

 

Kings Copse School, Hedge EndKings Copse

This site was developed by Foreman Homes in conjunction with First Wessex (formerly Atlantic Housing Limited). The development provided a total of 36 affordable housing units which were a mixture of houses and flats and were made available for both rent and Shared Ownership.

 

 

Moorgreen Road, West EndMoorgreen Road

This site was developed by Croudace Homes in conjunction with Affinity Sutton. The development provided a total of 10 affordable homes available for both rent and Shared Ownership.

 

 

First Wessex Bungalow Sites - various locationsBungalow redevelopment

First Wessex  recently carried out a review of all their bungalow stock and as part of this process, identified 7 sites for redevelopment. These 7 sites have now been completed.

 

 

Romill Close, West Endromill7

This site was developed by Linden Homes in conjunction with First Wessex. The development provided a total of 20 affordable homes which were made available for both rent and Shared Ownership. The scheme completed during Spring 2014.
