Private Home Improvement Funding

Responsibility for maintaining private sector homes rests with property owners.  However, in certain circumstances the Council may be able to assist with the cost of repairs and/or improvements by way of a Home Trust loan provided through South Coast Moneyline.

South Coast Moneyline is a not for profit lending organisation that has been trading since 2000. South Coast Moneyline works in partnership with Eastleigh Borough Council and other local authorities to provide funding to assist owners to improve, repair and adapt their properties and is particularly designed for those who might otherwise find it difficult to arrange a loan in the private sector.
