The Citizens’ Panel
Background
The Panel responds to regular Viewpoint surveys. These surveys
contain questions on a wide range of (mainly) local issues, with
most questions generated from units within Council, and more
occasionally by our partner agencies e.g. The Police, local
colleges etc. Each Panel lasts for about three years and in 2006 we
created our fourth Citizen's Panel of approximately 500
residents.
The Results
The results produced by the Viewpoint surveys that have been
carried out using the current and previous two Citizens' Panels are
shown below.
