Character Area Appraisals

Adoption Statement February 2008

On 10 December 2007 Eastleigh Borough Council adopted a Supplementary Planning Document entitled ‘Character Area Appraisals’.

Anyone may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt these documents.  Any such application must be made promptly and not later than 3 months after the date on which the documents were adopted.
