Local Skills for Productivity Alliance

Established in 2005 the LSPA was created for employers through public funds. Its main aim is to identify gaps in public training provision in key business sectors within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The Skills Alliance provides an open forum for employers to state what they really want from publicly funded education and training services. This is achieved by bringing together public sector agencies, who have a role in meeting employer skills needs, and then tackling these needs head on.
