The Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Strategic Environmental
Assessment (SEA) promote sustainable development by ensuring
economic, social and environmental issues are integrated throughout
the production of the borough’s Local Development Framework
(LDF).
The Local Development Framework (LDF) is a portfolio of
documents that will outline how planning will be managed
within Eastleigh Borough.
