Details:
The Council has a responsibility to clear away graffiti that is on publicly owned land or buildings.  Offensive/racist graffiti will be removed within 24 hours.  All other graffiti will be removed within 5 working days. 
We will remove Graffiti from residents properties free of charge, subject to the signing of a standard disclaimer form.  The Council offers a chargeable service for the removal of graffiti from business premises.
