A Safe Community
A sustainable community is a safe community, with local
people unafraid to go out at any time of day, safe in the knowledge
that they won't be robbed, attacked, bullied or persecuted, in a
safe physical environment
Eastleigh Borough has one of the lowest incidences of crime in
the UK and its citizens generally feel safer than most.
Doing Your Bit
- Report crime wherever and whenever you see
it
- Report any bullying or persecution you
experience or see in schools, colleges, the work place or in
organisations
What the Council is Doing
The Council works in partnership with many
different local agencies and in many different ways as part of
the Eastleigh Community Safety
Partnership
Our Environmental Health Unit can give advice on Health and
Safety in the workplace, as well as monitoring and acting on Air
Quality, Food Standards and Environmental Pollution, including
noise.
