Open For All Campaign
- a landmark for disabled people
|
|
The Disability Equality
Duty came into force in December 2006. This new legal
duty means that any public body will need to actively look at
ways of ensuring that disabled people are treated equally, anyone
providing a service will have to ensure that their service is
accessible for all, including the physical
features that make it difficult for disabled people to
access their service.
