Details:	In the main hedges are generally cut twice a year in August and December unless there has been significant growth which may be causing a safety issue. Rural hedges are cut once a year using a flail hedge cutter. Boundary hedges are generally not the Councils responsibility and should therefore be maintained by the owner.
