Development Control Charges

• Planning Application Fees (word format) Applicable from 6 April 2008 
• Planning Application Fees (pdf) Applicable from 6 April 2008 

 

        Under the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) 

        (Amendment)(England) Regulations 2008, a fee is now required for Discharge of Condition     

        Applications.

        N.B. Conditions not fully discharged, invalidate a planning permission.
