Finding childcare during the school holidays is as easy as ABC,
thanks to a wide variety of schemes being run in the borough.
Many clubs need to be sure of bookings before they can commit to
opening, so if you are interested in a holiday scheme it is
advisable to contact them at least two weeks before the end of the
school term.
Childcare settings aim to be as inclusive as possible in
the way that they run. If you feel that your child has a specific
support need or may find it difficult to settle in to a new
environment it is always worth contacting the scheme to ask them if
you can arrange a visit prior to the start of the scheme.

play activities, outings and social opportunities for children
with learning disabilities and special needs during the main school
holidays. They also provide respite for parents and carers. Places
are available for a maximum of one week.
