Eastleigh Borough Council is committed to providing a high
quality, efficient and friendly Building Control Service to our
customers and community alike.
The quality of service you receive
from the Building Control Unit is as important to us as it is to
you. As such, an annual "Customer Satisfaction" survey is
carried out to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that
the needs and expectations of our customers are met.
