Housing Benefit

Housing and Council Tax benefit is a means tested benefit which provides financial help with the payment of rent and Council Tax to those residents on low income.

 

Second adult rebate, which can provide up to 25% reduction in Council tax, is available to people solely liable for Council Tax who have non-dependants living in their household who are on a low income.
