Comprehensive Performance Assessment
Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) is
a Performance Review process for Council's undertaken by the
Audit Commission.
Part of the assessment involves Councils' reviewing their own
performance and identifying weaknesses and issues where improved
performance is required.
The Audit Commission uses a evidence based approach to review
both the Council's own self assessment and determine a rating of
how well a Council is performing.
