Playgrounds and Play Areas

The Council is responsible for the improvement, development and management of most of the play areas in the Borough.

 

Please note: the day to day inspections and maintenance of the Borough's play areas are the responsibility of Eastleigh Borough Council's Direct Services StreetScene Service.

 

Through on-site risk assessments we intend to develop a more targeted approach to play area inspections. This will allow the play area inspector to carry out other duties in play areas such as graffitti removal and painting of equipment.
