A licensing policy as determined by the Council in respect of its licensing functions for the three year period commencing  07/02/2005 is set out in this statement of licensing policy.  During the three year period the policy will be kept under review and the Council will make such revisions to it, at such times, as it considers appropriate.  Further licensing statements will be published every three years thereafter.
