Regeneration and Planning Policy
We can advise the public and
developers on all aspects of town planning policy, urban and
landscape design, public art and conservation of the historic
environment.
A major part of our work is the
Local
Development Framework (
LDF
). This will
replace the Local Plan Review and will comprise a suite of policy
documents.
The
Local Plan Review will remain valid until Spring
2009. The documents listed in the
Local Development
Scheme will eventually take over from the Local Plan
Review.
Public Consultations
We invite your views on the following documents:
Public Arts Strategy
- The Public Art Strategy - which will help
identify priorities and ensure that public art funds are used
effectively throughout the Borough.
