Pay and Display System
All Eastleigh Council Town Centre car parks, except the Swan
Centre Roof Top Car Park, operate on a pay and display
system. A ticket with sufficient time to cover your stay
should be purchased and attached to the inside of the front
windscreen. Tickets are not transferable. Disabled Blue Badge
Holders may park free of charge.
Pay on Foot System
The Swan Centre Roof Top
Car Park operates a Pay-on-Foot system. Take the ticket at the
entry barrier and retain this. Pay for your parking at one of the 7
Pay Stations situated around the car park, before returning to your
vehicle.
Coins
All car park ticket machines accept
5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2 coins. Use correct money.
Machines do not give change.
Overnight
Parking
Parking is free between 6 p.m and 8 a.m in Town Centre car
parks and between 4.30 p.m and 8.30 a.m in Southampton Road car
park (P5). No charge is made during Sundays and Bank
holidays. The Swan Centre Car Park is closed at night.
Disabled Persons
Parking
Special attention has been given to the needs of disabled
drivers.
A shopmobility service is available from the Town Centre Office,
Wells Place (next to McDonalds).
Penalty Charge
Notices
All car parks are regularly
patrolled. If you fail to comply with the regulations as
displayed on the notice boards, a Penalty Charge Notice will
be issued.
Car Park Regulations require you to park in a marked bay.
Failure to do so will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued.
