What
does the Town Centre Office do?
The Town Centre Office is a First Stop Shop
information point for residents and visitors to the Town Centre.
Staff will help with enquiries and information on Eastleigh Borough
Council, Hampshire County Council and other Local Agency
Services.
We can provide details and information about Homechoice,
forthcoming events and details on adult education courses. We can
also provide the relevant forms and application forms on housing
benefit, Homechoice, council tax and concessionary fares.
All resident's parking permits and quarterly car parking permits
are issued from the office.
We also hold an array of
leaflets on Council Services.
If we are unable to help then we
will ensure we give you a contact name and number of someone who
can.
Cash Office
The office also has a cash office for payments of
Eastleigh Borough Council invoices and council tax bills. Opening
hours are:

Local Attractions
A selected collection of local attraction leaflets, are available
for distribution at the front of the office.
Exhibitions and Displays
The Town Centre Office regularly hosts local
exhibitions and displays on Local Events, the environment,
recycling and town centre development.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility is a scheme designed to give independence to
anyone who has walking difficulties. The loan of manual
wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and scooters enables individuals
to go shopping, attend local events within the Town Centre and use
Town Centre facilities. It is just £1 for half a day's hire. For

Credit Union was set up to address
the difficulties faced by sections of the community in accessing
financial services. It offers a savings club with over 200 members,
low-cost loans and financial advice. Credit Union is a non-profit
making cooperative society run by volunteers and supported by the
Council. A Credit Union member can be contacted direct on (023)
