Community Safety

A partnership approach is taken when working to reduce crime and disorder, anti-social behaviour and drugs and alcohol misuse within the Borough of Eastleigh.  The Eastleigh Community Safety Partnership has responsibility for tackling such issues and is led by a Strategic Steering Group.  The Group comprises representatives of the following agencies and organisations:

• Eastleigh Borough Council
• Hampshire Constabulary
• Hampshire County Council
• Eastleigh and Test Valley South Primary Health Care Trust
• Hampshire Fire Authority
• Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service  
• Eastleigh Community Services
• National Probation Service
• Hampshire Police Authority  
• Wessex Youth Offending Team
• Hampshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team
