Business Continuity Management
Introduction
Business continuity is the
process of planning what your business would do, to avoid, reduce
or manage unplanned events (e.g. fire or flood). It can make a real
difference when an emergency occurs, to have a well thought out
plan.
Business continuity is as important for small companies as it is
for large corporations. Plans need to be simple and effective,
comprehensive but designed to the requirements of the organisation.
Having an effective plan could save you time and costs and prevent
your company from losing custom during the incident.
